Refund Policy

Our refund policies are as follows.

General Refunds

All refunds and transfers not initiated by The CPLC are subject to a $25 administration fee. If you are requesting a refund for multiple registrations the fee is applicable to each registration. If you refund 2 registrations the fee is $50. Refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed.

Your registration in a class can be refunded only if you Contact Us to withdrawal more than one week before the class begins. Your refund will be for the amount you paid including taxes, less the administration fee.

Your registration in a class cannot be refunded if you withdraw less than one week before class begins. This is to protect other students from having a class they were looking forward to cancelled on them because the minimum number of students required to run the class was not met due to a late withdrawal.

If a class you are registered in is cancelled, that would of course result in a full refund and you will not be charged an administration fee.

Price Guarantee

We do offer sales and special promotions from time to time via Facebook, Instagram or Email so, if you do see a cheaper price advertised for the same class and session you registered for, just take a screen capture and send it to and we will send you a credit for the difference to use toward a future class.

Refunds for Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Refunds for 3rd Party Workshops

From time to time The CPLC hosts special workshops presented by professional photographers (that is workshops we don’t normally offer.) Registration in these workshops are non refundable.
